Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to manage the technology practice and play a consulting role to drive sales and solutions of technical engagements. You are responsible for technical management of project teams, architecture and technological design development and provide best practice for technology development methods & processes. You will guide the architecture, design, user interface, and technology integration of projects by working closely with the client's technology and management teams. Using your expertise on enterprise-wide trends, you will also act as a trusted client and team advisor and realize new business opportunities.

Your Impact

• Provide overall technology leadership and mentor a team of Solution Architects and Developers to solve clients’ critical  challenge
• Lead the architecture, design and planning of complex custom software solutions or modifying package solutions
• Accumulate market know-how, industry and technology trends, to enhance and manage knowledge on projects
• Support vendor evaluation and decisions on technology investments with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
• Lead design, estimation, planning and implementation of IT-related business solutions
• Manage large architectural systems with large development teams
• Lead technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proof of concepts, and pilots to explain, demonstrate, and prove the capabilities of various products and services
• Provide technical direction for multi-disciplinary, agile, distributed software development of 20+ team members
• Work closely with client stakeholders to establish Engineering & DevOps strategies at a business and technology level
• Serve as a trusted advisor to consult clients' senior technical leaders on best practice points of view on next-generation platforms
• Establish and manage high, mid and low-level project plans working with the Program Management tea
• Deliver compelling presentations to senior internal and client stakeholders 

• 12+ years of technology experience in system integration and development, package analysis and implementation ideally in Banking or FinTech
• Project experience with enterprise architecture, design patterns and implementation of custom developed solutions and product integration projects
• Experience in designing modern architectures; cloud-native and micro-services based solutions
• Expert proficiency in Java and NodeJS
• Proficient in MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis (any two)
• Experience with DevOps technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience in Mobile-specific sites, Mobile applications, CRM, CMS and standard web-based implementations
• Experience with Kafka or Pulsar
• Extensive digital solution experience with one or more of the following Azure, AWS and GCP
• Comfortable in an agile project-based environment, liaising with customers throughout the entire solution delivery lifecycle
• Selling to C-level executives and other business development activities
• Collaborative with regional team members and clients to provide technical leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
• Flexible to travel regionally and work in client site if required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages with an understanding of Thai work culture & business ethics
• Strong collaborator and comfortable to work in an agile, remote and distributed team environment

• Financial Services (Banking) industry knowledge
• Open Banking knowledge is a plus
• TOGAF architect or similar certification
• Cloud Developer or Architect certification
