BUSINESS/PRODUCTION MANAGER

The Business Manager role is engaged in the administration management of all projects (deliverable and non-deliverable) from the inception of a job through final closing of the job. This includes the following: 

• Collaborate with Producer and Production Consultant(s) on preparation of deliverable specs 
• Collaborate with Agency Producer or other appropriate Agency Personnel (depending on type of project) to prepare and route accurate cost estimates including all required back up based on project scope and client specific guidelines 
• Adhere and align to the Production, Business and financial practices for client production. 
• Prepare and issue all applicable Production OOP procurement practices including contracts, purchase orders, approvals and financial practices 
• Prepare and send insurance declaration forms to assigned insurance broker 
• Engage Tax Incentive Experts when necessary 
• Communicate with Agency Team and Suppliers throughout the execution phase of production regarding production and business practices
