Coty is one of the world’s leading beauty companies with approximately $9 billion in revenue, a rich entrepreneurial heritage and an iconic portfolio of leading brands. They are the global leader in fragrances and number three in colour cosmetics. They are one of Zenith’s top global clients with over 40 markets as part of our network to date.

Coty has an iconic portfolio of more than 70 brands organised by two Divisions:  

• Luxury Fragrances (e.g. Gucci, Burberry, Calvin Klein, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Kylie)
• Consumer Beauty including cosmetics, skin and body care (e.g. Max Factor, Rimmel, Cover Girl and Sally Hansen)

Coty’s Global Consumer Beauty team are based in Amsterdam and are serviced directly by the Zenith HQ team in London. The Global team are responsible for the overall management of Coty’s agency relationships, media partnerships, strategic direction, process, best practice and operations.

As Global Account Manager, you will join the Consumer Beauty team for the Coty account, based London, though you will occasionally be expected to travel to Amsterdam, once it is safe to do so.

You will report directly to the Global Account Director and also work closely with the Global Business Director.

You will be a key member of the Global Consumer Beauty team and will have contact with Coty global clients as well as external partners and colleagues across various disciplines within Publicis Media.

Coty is a large and complex business, supported by Zenith in 40+ markets and across two divisional hubs (Luxury and Consumer Beauty). This role therefore requires a person who is agile and responsive to meet the ever-changing needs of a face-paced business.

You will be:

• Knowledgeable in all media channels with local media experience welcomed
• A media agency professional - this is essential 
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and delegate, with exceptional organisational skills, even when under pressure
• Able to work on own initiative and manage projects, as well as take direction as part of a team
• A confident communicator with strong written and oral skills, adept at talking clients and local market teams
• Able to assess the value of individual tasks and manage priorities, taking into account the bigger picture
• Able to identify when to escalate potential issues before they become a problem
• Support both local markets and clients in a wide range account management-related areas
• Have strong analytical skills interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities
• Take a key role in the creation of projects such as competitive analysis and QBRs, supporting the other practices
• A solutions-oriented, team player, committed to the collective success of the entire Coty team and network
