Job Description

This role will be a Paid Social Executive reporting to a Paid Social Manager, working underneath an Associate Director, an ultimately Head of Social. The Paid Social team sit within the Performance Practice, essentially the digital and performance focused arm of Zenith UK. As Paid Social Executive, you will be an entry level candidate.

  • Achieve client targets, in conjunction with the Performance Media Senior Executive and Managers
  • Have an innovative and creative approach to thinking and constant improvements to Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Tumblr campaigns
  • Initiate and undertake campaign management tasks including:
  • Audience segmentation
  • Ad uploading and execution
  • Editing bids
  • Budget monitoring
  • Producing, updating and understanding campaign reports
  • Producing, updating and understanding reconciliation documents
  • Execution of audit work
  • Assist in educating/training account teams and clients and selling benefits of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Tumblr as new and exciting media channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal agency teams across all disciplines e.g. client planning, buying, search and digital
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tumblr marketing teams
  • Keep up to date with all industry developments–building thorough knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Tumblr environments
  • Administration -ensuring finances are up to date and correct:
  • Booking campaigns onto the system
  • Reconciling actual spends each month
  • Resolving various finance queries
