Job Description

Role Overview:

The Senior Manager - Performance Marketing is responsible for leading and  overseeing the client relationship, account strategy, review and make sure the KPIs are met.

You should be able to oversea and improve performance strategies and optimization techniques, build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders and establish clear lines of communication with clients, partners and internal staff members.
 

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage all aspects of the SEM lifecycle, including keyword research, account creation, billing setup, campaign management, ROI based optimizations, bid management, ad copy automation and staying up-to-date on best practices for SEM strategy.

-Manage, design and execute Social Biddable campaigns, including audience initial sizing, launching, optimizing and reporting and staying up to date with innovations, new features and best practices.

-Develop studies of competitors activities.

-Create studies for Budget propositions in various industries.

-Ability to prepare attractive presentations.

-Analyze campaigns costs, ad copy, landing pages, and cost per conversion Identify and inform management of client opportunities, potential risks, and other key issues.

-Monitor and report program financials, budgets and fees to senior management.

-Interface with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients.

-Keep management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect the health of the business.

-Interface regularly with the Strategic Partner Manager at Google, Facebook and other key partners.

-Be the in-house expert and leader on Social/PPC/Display and other biddable media.

 

Qualifications

-5 - 8 years experience in Performance marketing involving data analysis, funnel optimisation, methodological A/B testing and other channel strategies.

-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Adwords User Acquisition campaigns and Remarketing across Google Search and Display.

-Strong experience in Paid Search media platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360) Experience in Paid Social media platforms (Business Manager).

-Well versed with Excel, ability to analyze and manipulate mass data.

-Demonstrating solid leadership skills - understanding the significance of getting things done.

-Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, direct reports and tasks simultaneously.

-An Excellent user of Google Analytics. With the ability to recognize user behavior trends, extract meaningful insights and reports that leads to a beneficial course of action.

-Strong knowledge of platforms like AppsFlyer, Google Marketing Platform, Google Merchant Center, Firebase and Smartly.

-Strong knowledge in Dynamic Ads and Shopp-able formats across Facebook & Snapchat.

-Knowledge of E-Commerce product feeds and the ability to provide recommendations on how to further optimize them to serve shopping or Dynamic ads campaign performance.

-Experience in running DCO campaigns (Dynamic Creative Optimization) and the ability to recommend feed best practices that can best accommodate such campaigns.

-Experience in conducting Tagging audits to ensure performance infrastructure (Pixels, GA Events, Catalogues..etc.) are all following best practices and setup for success.
