Job Description

• Works harmoniously with others to get jobs done and partners with the team in a collaborative fashion.
• Working with Clients directly in some cases to execute a project or gather requirements
• Track project/landing page requirements and translate them into technical documentation for internal development teams
• Maintain technical processes/pages and troubleshoot with Internal team for any issues or Client/3rd party feedback


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Works in partnership with Account Managers on projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met for the client and key parties informed.
• Provides feedback to project team during internal creative reviews.
• Obtains feedback and translates that feedback for the project team.
• Reviews client change requests and responds with schedule/cost impacts along with alternatives.
• Troubleshoots potential issues with timing, deliverables and keeps all parties informed.
• Manages expectations with clients and departmental teams. Negotiates timelines and budgets and ensures that all deadlines are maintained.
• Create JIRA tickets and requirement documents to build out landing pages, banners and emails
• Manage multiple fast-moving projects at the same time

Qualifications

• High energy role who approaches every assignment with a desire to elevate the work and deepen the customer experience.
• Ad agency experience preferably digital communications
• Technical production experience preferred (landing pages, banners, emails)
• Leading diverse, multi-skilled teams across geographies
• Team player with excellent relationship building skills
• Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to identify, manage, and help mitigate project issues and risks
• Resourceful and solution oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills, highly organized and ability to multitask effectively
• Strong understanding of marketing"
