Job Description

We are seeking a Content Strategist to join our Creative + UX team. You will translate user needs, business requirements, and technology capabilities to create a world-class user experience on a financial services web-based platform. In this position, you'll be asked to create big-picture strategies and delve into the details. We're looking for a team player who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.

 

Responsibilities:

•       Assess existing user-facing content for usability, utility, and design best practices

•       Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to understand business goals and other key success factors for a project

•       Identify and document meaningful findings from user research and UX audits

•       Present and articulate rationale for approaches, solutions, concepts, and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders

•       Create clear and engaging content that meets both business goals and user needs

•       Assist team members from other disciplines in creating detailed user experience deliverables

•       Assess existing internal processes for solutioning and documentation

•       Work within and evolve established content and style guidelines

•       Collaborate with copywriters to create structural frameworks and functional annotations for copy documentation

Qualifications

•       5+ years of experience creating content for complex software, transactional or ecommerce experiences, with medium to large-sized teams, preferably in a cross-disciplinary digital agency

•       Experience leading multidisciplinary ideation/solution sessions with a creative team and clients

•       Experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies

•       Experience working on responsive websites and mobile apps preferred

•       Familiarity with scoping and estimating UX and copy tasks

•       Ability to present work effectively to internal and external teams

•       Experience using Microsoft Excel, JIRA, and Adobe InDesign preferred

•       Familiarity with Web Accessibility guidelines preferred
