We are looking for a Data Analyst with knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and English B2 level or higher. The Analyst has the unique opportunity to influence our Clients’ biggest business challenges through data-driven creative solutions. Is responsible for owning the process of preparing reports for analysis and tracking of media marketing, technology and consumer demographic trends both within and across multiple industries/lines of business. We are looking for that Person who embraces this spirit through strong analytic ability and great communication skills.

Some of the main responsibilities for the Data Analyst position are:

  • Become a storyteller with our Clients’ data, working to uncover deep analytical insights to drive high-impact results
  • Plan, execute, and communicate the results of CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) programs in support of Client business
  • Analyze the impact of direct communications, including social, direct mail, email and web interactions on market share, and promotional program response
  • Develop measurement and testing plans to refresh tactics and optimize results
  • Provide integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers/LOBs and channels to improve client decision making
  • Follow client’s best practices
  • Build relationship with Onshore analysts by developing Onshore projects and ad hoc requests
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Achieve and maintain fluency in relevant interactive technologies, data analysis
  • Create presentations to Onshore analysts
  • Build comprehension of business strategy issues while improving time management and communication with Onshore, Offshore peers and managers
  • Put in place and follow all the necessary quality checks to ensure that the reporting delivered is accurate and on time

Requisitos

The Data Analyst must have familiarity with the following topics/tools:

  • +2 years of experience in media campaigns on Google
  • Advanced English (B2+) 
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Knowledge in Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge in BigQuery is a plus

Desired skills include:

  • Fluent quantitative and research skills with proven familiarity in data interpretation
  • Fluency in preparing clear and concise process documents
  • Client-facing experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
