Job Description

The Role: 

As a Senior Data Strategist - you will provide activation support and coaching to 10+ markets in order to help them champion the use of first party data to activate campaigns and also set benchmarks for Website, CRM, Social programs for the region.

Build the strategic and tactical foundation for data-driven marketing efforts. 

Review and optimize the Business Design of the Customer Journey Blueprints for AOA markets in alignment with several stakeholders and marketing channels. These will form the base for the markets for their local Customer Journey adjustments.

 

The Responsibilities: 

  • Instituting and adapting global & regional frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
  • Gather insight through regular market check-ins and collaborate with regional clients on strategic conversations to drive growth
  • Driving regional level User Journeys and advising regional marketing teams on performance.
  • Work closely with the Account and Tech Adoption, Media Adoption, Salesforce adoption teams to implement campaign blueprints / use cases and leverage the current technology stack for improved campaign efficiency and delivery of leads
  • Drive  personalisation strategy performance across the region and communicate actionable insights to the AOA regional teams
  • Work cross functionally with key stakeholders across platform, analytics, and media partners to ensure platform adoption across markets
  • Build a market maturity map by working cross-functionally with the key stakeholders and identify any potential needs to help accelerate those markets

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in analytics or strategy with 3+ years as a planner/strategist in an agency environment
  • Passion for digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Experience with modern statistical learning methods (regression techniques, classification models, supervised and unsupervised learning, etc.)
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and delivery plans.
  • Knowledge of reporting and metrics, tracking and improvement proposals 

 

Additional Information: 

  • Experience in data-driven personalized 360’ customer marketing approach & journey development, ideally with infant Nutrition background
  • Data-driven analytical approach to marketing and problem solving combined with strategic business focus and vision
  • Experience in developing, activating, and optimizing audience targeting strategies
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following technologies ad tech, web analytics, targeting/testing applications, databases
  • Data-driven analytical approach to marketing and problem solving combined with strategic business focus and vision
  • Experience working with many markets / international client experience is a plus!
