Job Description

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Supporting the team on response to brief on small/medium campaigns and events briefs
  • Speaking to marketing manager and exec clients on a regular basis to keep plans running and aligned
  • Liaising with the creative team to ensure media and creative plans are joined up
  • Learning to master skills such as plan checking, TGI, Comscore, Adynamix & and other tools that are used for consumer and competitive monitoring and insights
  • Keeping meetings schedules on track, and managing the internal status sheets and weekly status calls with the internal teams with support from the planner.
  • Checking accuracy on regular client deliverables including digital reports, competitive reports, budget reports, newsletters, deep dives, media overviews etc.
  • Supporting on regular client deliverables – competitive, deep dives and newsletters, etc.
  • Ensuring finance is up to date across the accounts

Qualifications

This role will see you get stuck in in a new team being birthed from talent across the agency which has its eyes set on growth. We are looking for someone with a great self-starter attitude who wants to understand and learn how the media planned drives actual sales results in the short, medium and long term.

The ideal candidate will be analytical and comfortable with numbers, whilst also possessing strong communication skills and confidence delivering ideas in a way that convinces.

You will work within a fully integrated team, acting as the pivotal point of contact to connect your clients with the array of specialist expertise that we have in our business.

You must be organized, on the ball, proactive and ready to adapt to whatever your clients throw at you. You will have a passion for seeing the impact media has on business outcomes and have a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.

Collaboration: People management skills and a positive attitude are essential here at SPARK FOUNDRY. You will be responsible for the integration of the inter-agency team and maintaining strong relationships with clients and activation teams to achieve the common goal of delivering world class work.

Creativity: You will be help develop innovative solutions within a cross-agency group that challenge our clients to think differently

Discovery: Learn to interpret and analyse data streams from client campaigns and internal business to draw insights that influence our approach

Immersion: Nobody should know your clients business better than you and your team – be their trusted eyes and ears.

Proactive: Don’t just wait for a brief to come in. Be aware of what's going on inside and outside of the agency/industry and how that could benefit clients

Teamwork: Reporting to an Account Manager and Account Director on each account and working with channel specialists across the agency
