Performance Opportunity:

With the continued success of their world-wide gaming platform launch, there is no better time to be on the account and gain first-hand experience of the gaming industry while producing a massive volume of video content for TV and Digital media. With approximately 10+ campaigns a year, the seasoned Senior Account Executive will partner closely with clients and Leo Burnett cross-functional leads to manage the development of several assignments, from briefing to shooting [internationally] to shipping. Being able to nimbly and flawlessly strategize and execute multiple, quick turnaround campaigns at once will be critical while also demonstrating proactivity and an entrepreneurial approach to getting things done!

Hard skills:

• Production - strong TV, video and digital production capabilities
• Strategy - campaign strategy & brief writing experience (see Flexible note below)

Soft skills:

• Agreeable Personality - small, close knit team requires pleasant personality to fit into team culture
• Flexible - with quick timelines, Business Leadership sometimes subs for Planning which requires flexible working style
• Detailed Oriented - high production volume requires impeccable attention to detail and process to ensure clarity among clients and internal team
