Job Description

An individual with a passion for outstanding client service, and a desire to learn the craft of account leadership/client services.  This role will support a book of business by providing capacity and assisting with writing briefs, and various project requests. A fun, upbeat personality is a plus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentis a must.

Day to Day

  • Help support internal operations/work (briefs, kick-off meetings, PowerPoint presentations, timelines, etc.)
  • Occasional, but not primary client contact.  Attend client meetings/discussions where applicable.
  • Assist account leaders in communicating with the internal/external team.
  • Assist and begin to learn billing estimates.
  • Lead special assignments for Sr. Account Manager, Account Director, and other Account Leaders (competitive audits, non-billable work, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive ability to manage your personal time and project deliverables.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years agency/client work experience preferred. 
  • Experience in shopper marketing, preferred.  
  • Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross- functional teams, and working with minimal supervision is required.  
  • BA degree in marketing, advertising, or related field - advanced degree preferred.
