Job Description

The Digital Marketing & Experience Strategist is responsible for applying a data-first approach to designing large-scale digital marketing programs. You will work collaboratively with the client to leverage data and create innovative experiences throughout the customer-journey.

 

Your Impact:

·       Lead digital and customer marketing strategies for programs focused on:

o   Sales and customer acquisition initiatives and workstreams

o   Owner loyalty and customer engagement initiatives and workstreams

·       Identify growth opportunities in terms of untapped markets, new customers, and/or the enhancement of the customer experience

·       Champion and work within a customer-journey centric marketing and communication approach

·       Develop and guide strategic recommendations based on client data, customer insights and automotive market dynamics 

·       Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to uncover strategic insights

·       Lead workshops and presentations with clients and internal teams

·       Working seamlessly across:

o   Internal teams; including account, project management, data science, creative and tech to deliver strategies

o   Marketing channels; including CRM, social, site and digital media

·       Assist with project staffing and scope/process design

·       Develop and implement use cases for advanced marketing strategies and technologies (DMP, CDP, Database/CMS)

 

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

·       8-10 years strategy experience with digital expertise; 4+ years of leadership experience

·       Proven ability to concept and define large-scale, complex marketing programs

·       Expertise in the analysis of research/data and leveraging findings to drive qualified thinking, strategy development and briefing

·       Must be able to articulate recommendations clearly through exceptional oral and written communication skills; good presenter and great listener

·       Highly competent in independent settings with clients (often at the senior level)

·       Ability to proactively navigate client organizations to connect the dots and succeed

·       Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, vision and leadership to help facilitate change within a team and client’s organization
