Job Description

  • Create, maintain and update project plans
  • Share updates from the projects with the client/brand managers/teams
  • Coordinate work streams between business and development teams (int/ext)
  • Make sure ENG communication towards client is in proper „solution oriented language”
  • Focus on the program and product development (taking care of product’s backlog, improvements)
  • Create ways of work and proper documentation of program process
  • Gather and collect feedback from the client > enhance the program > manage the client survey
  • Identify and implement KPIs and project milestones
  • Continuously assess working methods and processes, create recommendations for improvement
  • Assist Brand Managers with creation of relevant materials (briefs/trainings/tutorials/reports)
  • Assist Brand Managers with other tasks – Jira & Confluence maintenance.
  • Ensure key Service Level Agreements are met

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in managing diverse agile projects
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Technical competences and understanding of development processes (Wordpress, AEM, Contentful) 
  • Hands-on mode and pro-activeness in DNA
  • Ability to organize work and build good relations and efficient communication with business owners of the project
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Product Owner background – nice to have
