The purpose of this recently created role in Zenith’s Global team (London based) is to lead the EU & MENA Social Hub set up for TikTok to consolidate their Paid Social (including YouTube) spend across EU & MENA.
You will manage the overall programme with a direct responsibility of managing the Social hub and driving excellent standards of delivery in digital execution across a range of platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.
The role is an exciting opportunity to work on a client that is rapidly expanding and is pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in their media and advertising strategy. TikTok is the fastest growing social media platform ever, with 2 billion downloads in a handful of years, and 800 million active users worldwide. Their expansion has been phenomenal. Known in China as Douyin, TikTok is a video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance. It’s used to make a variety of short-form videos, from genres like dance, comedy, and education, which have a duration from 3 to 60 seconds. They are at a key stage in their marketing journey and see Zenith as a key partner to help facilitate their evolution to become the best in class in the industry.
This role will report into the Global Head of Performance.
Overall leadership of the Social Hub activation team. This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Client liaison
- Integrated digital activation
- Reporting management
- Automation for media optimisation
- Ad Tech oversight
- Drive collaboration
- Partnership management
- Data compliance / governance
Senior leadership experience in media agency (focus on digital media experience)
Strong knowledge and experience of digital media (incl. programmatic)
Expertise in ad tech management
Deep knowledge of data-driven media planning
Strong people management skills
