Job Description

The purpose of this role in Zenith’s Global team (London based) is to lead project management and support the management of digital operations (Social Hub) set up for TikTok to consolidate their Paid Social (including YouTube) spend across EU & MENA.

The candidate will support the management of the overall programme with a direct responsibility of managing the Social hub and driving excellent standards of delivery in digital execution across a range of platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

The role is an exciting opportunity to work on a client that is rapidly expanding and is pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation in their media and advertising strategy. TikTok is the fastest growing social media platform ever, with 2 billion downloads in a handful of years, and 800 million active users worldwide. Their expansion has been phenomenal. Known in China as Douyin, TikTok is a video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance. It’s used to make a variety of short-form videos, from genres like dance, comedy, and education, which have a duration from 3 to 60 seconds. They are at a key stage in their marketing journey and see Zenith as a key partner to help facilitate their evolution to become the best in class in the industry.

This is a recently created role, which will report into The Social Hub Lead and the Global Head of Performance.

The candidate will work closely with the Social Hub Lead to ensure the smooth delivery of all centrally managed digital campaigns.

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, curious and experienced digital operations expert. You will be highly strategic, organised, able to work independently on projects where needed but also enjoy working within a team that has a strong, collaborative working ethos. You will be an expert overseeing the delivery of digital campaigns allowing you to deliver the best quality of work and results for your clients.  We work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders.

Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to redesign the digital media landscape, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact.

  • Previouis experience within digital media
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
  • Familiar with paid social, and the programmatic landscape
  • Effective at people management
  • Advanced communication and writing skills – working across the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Excellent project management skills to prioritise tasks
  • Be able to adhere to processes and best practices
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently
