What is the Future Leaders Program?  The Future Leaders Program is a virtual, half day intense look at media career opportunities, designed primarily for minority students in their final year of college. Students are immersed in media training and case studies to experience the life of a media associate. During the program they will interact with key executives and line managers and gain insight into typical media projects and scenarios. The activities conclude with virtual interviews the week of May 3rd for full-time consideration for placement upon graduation.

What is the purpose of this program?

This program offers students who have an interest in a media career the opportunity to gain a greater understanding and insight into the day-to-day activities and career paths of media professionals.

How many participants are selected to participate in this program?

Although the number of participants will vary each year, we are targeting 20 candidates for 2021.

What are the program dates and where is the program located?

This program will be virtual and taking place on Thursday, April 29 12-5pm CST

Who qualifies for the program?

Future Leaders program is primarily intended for minority students.  You may apply to the program if you meet the following:

• You must have the permanent, unrestricted right to work in the US
• In the final year of college in pursuit of bachelor’s degree or higher or recently graduated
• Interested in pursuing a full-time employment opportunity in Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Detroit, MI and/or Los Angeles, CA upon graduation

Applicants are required to submit a copy of their resume and qualified candidates will be contacted to discuss next steps.
