Job Description

Razorfish Health (RFH) is looking for a Director, QA that not only provides the highest level of quality assurance across common and emerging technology deliverables (i.e. everything from informational websites to interactive 360 video to augmented reality experiences), but can also collaborate work with appropriate team leads to build out the QA capability as an internal offering as standard.  The Director, QA will develop all the processes, manage all resources, and provide all ongoing education pertaining to the QA function to ensure all team members understand the importance of standardized QA and also that consistent quality requires QA involvement from brief through launch.   The Director, QA will need to have the highest levels of multi-tasking and prioritization skills to ensure quality control across all RFH accounts and deliverables and also all RFH public-facing promotional activities. 

Responsibilities for the Director, QA are as followed:

·      Test planning, test development, test execution across a number of billable client projects and business development activities

·      Perform as a technical business analyst by ensuring all functional requirements that exist in briefs are included in products as described

·      Develop the QA capability as a new internal offering including the development of and ongoing advocacy of agency-wide QA processes and guidelines

·      Define and maintain test plans and test specifications for functional, integration and performance testing; manual execution of test cases; and reporting product failures

·      Conduct review and sign-off for test plans and use cases; build consensus with business owners and developers

·      Research, Evaluate and recommend tools to improve Quality Control in the agency

·      Lead automated testing efforts for specific areas of functionality

·      Work closely with development teams to analyze, categorize and resolve product defects

·      As the internal QA function grows, demonstrated ability to lead local, remote, full-time, contract, and freelance resources and manage/deploy those resources in a highly collaborative environment

·      Demonstrates significant knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing

·      A strong, strategic customer service orientation

Qualifications

·      Minimum of 7 years of QA experience in reviewing product requirements and design, creating test plans, and testing scalable, distributed, fault-tolerated web applications and at least one other medium (i.e. interactive video, AR, etc.)

·      Experience in integration testing, smoke testing, acceptance testing and general black box testing

·      Experience in both functional and visual testing of responsive designs across appropriate operating systems, browsers, and devices

·      Experience learning, recommending, and utilizing automation frameworks and other tools for QA across each media type

·      Energetic, self-starter with a desire to learn new things quickly and able to think "out of the box”.

·      Experience building/managing teams and resources

·      Communicates ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
