Job Description

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for recruiting for positions across a variety of capabilities. This will be done through the development and execution of local and regional recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent possible while helping to grow our own recruiting team talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steward of the brands through the communication of our talent value proposition/story
  • Build a network of talent by creating and delivering strategic initiatives to attract talent through sourcing engagement, events participation, referrals programs, online communities to source high quality and diverse candidates
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, groups and employees
  • Fully and accurately utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Provide high levels of candidate engagement through the full life cycle of the hiring process; partnering with each candidate on every step while clearly communicating expectations
  • Develop a strong, consultative partnership with hiring managers, clearly communicating throughout the search and interview process
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Screen candidates and qualify based off of requirements determined by hiring managers
  • Manage candidate negotiations, write offer letters and administer onboarding process

Skills/Experience

  • Broad and established relationships within the digital experience communities
  • Industry expert and extensive knowledge of recruiting workflows and client engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience recruiting in professional services, advertising, marketing or agency environment
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Successful track record recruiting and filling digital roles
