Job Description

  • Lead enhancement projects/tasks from discovery to post implementation
  • Responsible for FSD, BRD, process documentation as well as keep existing document updated
  • Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements
  • Assist QA analysts by guiding creation of test cases and support UAT testing
  • Configures system settings and options; Support client in UAT
  • Serve as a liaison between developers and end users (internal & external)
  • On Call Rotation Production Support. During rotation activities:
  1. Routine reports on cadence (generate, validate and/or delivery)
  2. Lead coordination of activities & smoke test during maintenance/code release
  3. Prod support in case of unplanned outage

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in the field of business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases
  • Knowledge of SoapUI/ReadyAPI /Webservice
  • Knowledge of Kibana tool will be nice to have for log analysis
  • Familiarity with batch processing
  • Experience working with loyalty programs
  • Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Excellent communication skills
