Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Media Executive  to join our Starcom team.

  • You will be a digital native agency account personnel, with a particular strength in Performance Media disciplines, and will understand how best to consult your clients from phases of awareness all the way through to website action/conversion. Your knowledge in this area should not be limited to media planning/buying only, but should include holistic elements of delivering performance, such as, dynamic creative optimization, conversion rate optimization and data-driven attribution.
  • Review draft marketing strategy and provide feedback to relevant internal and external stakeholders from campaign management perspective.
  • Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders/ business owners to understand their marketing challenges and/ or issues.
  • Work on campaign action plan to address internal stakeholders'/ business owners' marketing challenges and/ or issues
  • Lead the development of yearly media services management plans and conduct analysis to support the detailing activities (e.g. budget considerations, performance realization, etc.)
  • Coordinate with agencies to develop media strategies to tackle internal stakeholders/ business owners marketing challenges and/ or issues.
  • Set supporting measures (e.g. metrics, KPIs) and transfer key point of views (e.g. key messages) to ensure that media strategies follow business owners/ internal stakeholders needs.
  • Hold meeting with business owners/ internal stakeholders to share agencies' work on media services related deliverables.
  • Provide guidance in the development of campaign performance reports and review identified discrepancy areas.
  • Conduct further investigations and analysis on the identified discrepancy areas in campaign performance reports and share the results with higher management.
  • Conduct post performance analysis on closed media services related campaigns and lead the development of related reports and presentations
