Job Description

  • Should be able to understand RFP scope and be able to summarize the work in a logical manner (WBS) so that technical team can provide structured estimates based on the same. 
  • Should be able to participate in presales and help create winning responses. Should also be able to participate in proposal defense presentations.
  • Should be able to craft water-tight scope definition to be included as part of SOWs.
  • Should be able to participate in Consulting/Discovery phases in large Website development project and own the following activities - 
  1. Anchor requirements definition workshops. 
  2. Create Functional and Non-Functional scope documents.
  3. Work closely with Creative teams and ensure that UX is in alignment with the requirements. 
  4. Should be able to map requirements with features supported by CMS like AEM, Site Core.
  5. Work with Project Manager to create requirements backlog and sprint plan. 
  6. Provide inputs for test strategy. 
  7. Should have aspiration to be an SME in this space.
  8. Good stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 8 years of overall experience with at least 3 - 5 years in client facing roles. 
  • MBA from a reputed Business School with Marketing specialization. 
  • Experience in consulting assignments and requirements gathering. 
  • Prior experience in Web Development project is a plus. 
  • Experience in working with Agencies during UX definition phase is a plus.
