Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Soucer is a vital part of the Talent Acquisition team here at PHM. You are the bloodline to all things Recruitment, helping recruiters give an overall positive candidate experience, while providing high quality talent at the greatest of speeds to set Publicis Health Media up for maximum success.

As a Sourcer your main responsibility is the proactive identification of candidates through attracting, pipelining, and screening. In partnership with your recruiting team and Publicis Health counterparts, you will help drive proactive recruiting strategies allowing a greater opportunity to prospect diverse candidates.

You are the gatekeeper for all general candidate inquires. It is your responsibility to determine if a candidate has potential for all capabilities within Publicis Health Media and funnel your recommendations to recruitment team based on the candidate’s purpose, skills, and potential. You will be expected to provide any market trend insights that you find within the industry. You will master the roles and responsibilities of each department at all levels to make you a highly valued partner.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing

  • Social recruiting. Creates interest and drives talent to the organization
  • Maintains knowledge of employee benefits, salary structures, etc.
  • Provide candidates with information related to culture and benefits, which promotes Publicis Health as a premiere employer.
  • Partner with Business Development for marketing materials and content
  • Hunter of passive candidates via social media, email, and/or phone calls, guiding candidates to apply through the screening selection
  • Research, pouring over org charts, social media profiles, traditional directories, network associations, competitor web pages, etc., Perform advanced sourcing through various mediums including search engines, database mining, Boolean search strings, as well as other innovative sourcing methods
  • Works closely with the recruitment team and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top diverse talent
  • Attends or organizes recruitment events, as needed, to source new candidates
  • Communicates status of searches with the recruiters and Talent leadership on a consistent and timely basis
  • Establishes and maintains a recruiting network throughout local schools, colleges, and area industry to develop, identify and recruit new diverse talent for the organization
  • Continually evaluates sourcing strategies. Stays abreast of current and emerging technologies to proactively identify new venues for identifying diverse qualified talent

Candidate Engagement

  • Performs initial evaluation to ensure candidates meet both job and organization requirements
  • Inform recruiter on candidate abilities, skills and potential
  • Fosters candidate relationship based on persona type
  • Delivers available, diverse, qualified sourcing pools for recruiters to screen talent
  • Acts as a key resource for developed pool of candidates and ensures a positive transition to the recruiter at point of recruiter phone interview.

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain talent pool database with recruiters. Enters and maintains accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System and/or Sourcing tracking system.
  • Continually researches and evaluates tools and systems to house pipeline candidate information and tracking data and metrics
  • Gathers and prepares data to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy. Analyzes and reports on sourcing metrics to Recruitment Leadership on a scheduled basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience recruiting or sourcing within an advertising agency; healthcare preferred
  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.), social networking, internet research, candidate mining, and how each platform can be deployed in different sourcing scenarios.
  • Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly pick up and understand new tools and technologies
  • Driven to achieve and outperform, continuously looking for improvements
