Business Operations focuses on developing standardised best practice and delivery excellence across the entire CJ organisation. The department fosters proactive investigation into the existing CJ and competitor product offerings and market share, as well as development capabilities to create efficiencies to maximise resourcing across the various business units. Additionally, through market research and analytics, this department strives to facilitate advancement over competitors.       

Business Operations focuses on developing standardised best practice and delivery excellence across the entire CJ organisation. Additionally, through market research and analytics, this department strives to facilitate advancement over competitors.     

The project roadmap will be defined by Group Director of Biz Ops, but for projects to be led by the Biz Ops Manager, the following responsibilities should be covered: 

• Defining a project’s* scope and goals. 
• Building the project alongside key stakeholders 
• Quality Assessment 
• Clear rollout & adoption planning 

*Projects include standaridising process, creating efficiencies and developing best practice solutions 

- Source Network & Competitor Analytics

• Leveraging a strong sense of curiosity about the industry and network performance 
• Proactively deliver accurate and detailed analytics reports to CJ Management based on requests  

- Team Mentorship  

• Mentor Biz Excellence Analytics team to harness skill set aimed at efficiencies and process creation, and competent analytic inquisitiveness  

- Investigate, identify, and feed into future roadmaps for the department, by providing insight of the following for the Group Director: 

• Off-shoots on existing projects 
• Discussions and investigation while working with the wider business 
• Competitor or industry shifts  

• Capacity to quickly grasp technical concepts 
• Strong analytical drive to proactively research and investigate in & out of network data 
• Project Management skills  
• Strong collaborative skills to ensure smooth working relationships with team members across various departments, markets and levels 
• Aptitude and eagerness to mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skillset  
• Attention to detail 
• Proactive problem solving  
• Excel macro/equivalent efficiency building skills (not essential)
