Reporting to the Executive Strategy & Digital Director, this newly created role is responsible for delivering strategic brilliance for customers, growing strategy income, and leading our team to create new realities for consumers, communities and brands. It plays an important part of our integrated offering, spanning various types of data-driven planning – audience, channel, customer experience and experience design.

The ideal candidate has a background in media planning and CX.

 

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

  • 7+ years’ experience working within a marketing environment (preferably in an agency)
  • 3+ years’ experience working as a Strategist with a focus on (digital) media planning including audience and channel
  • Experience in customer journey mapping, customer experience strategy, experience design and CRM
  • An analytical mindset with a strong commercial eye to boot
  • A great communicator with exceptional client relationship building skills and a team player mentality
