Job Description

Rauxa is seeking an Account Manager or Account Executive from a marketing or advertising agency with equal Head, Heart and Hustle to join our team!

This opportunity requires proven experience managing the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving agency environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, flexible, adaptable, well-organized and has excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention to detail skills. Having the flexibility to work with clients on both the east and west coasts is desired.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will serve as the key, day-to-day agency representative for your clients on assigned projects
  • You know your clients – their products, their services and their consumers
  • You will develop smart briefs in partnership with Strategic Planning to help translate your clients’ challenges into thoughtful solutions with measurable results
  • You will act as an ambassador for your client’s brand both internally and externally
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver best in class work for campaigns across online and offline media channels
  • You keep it all together – from briefs, to SOWs, to project schedules and deliverables

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting projects in a marketing environment; digital or advertising agency experience is highly preferred
  • You have experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, across channels such as, digital, online video, broadcast, email, web, paid social, paid search, print and radio
  • You have experience managing production and delivery of campaigns in digital, print and broadcast channels
  • You have a strong bias for action and a passion for advertising/marketing
  • You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • You are a time-management master with impeccable organization and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changes
  • You have the flexibility to work on east coast or west coast time depending on client/team needs
  • You enjoy the variety of working across more than one client account and can effectively pivot based on client or project needs
  • You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, attention to detail and can-do attitude!
