Job Description

The Client Account Executive (CAE) oversees and manages the workflow and execution of various multi-channel marketing campaigns. The CAE works within the account team to execute activities for our client accounts. CAE responsibilities include:

 

•        Creates presentations, sets up meetings and communicate with clients and account team

•        Participation in project planning and scheduling

•        Coordinate with internal and external digital teams

•        Stay current on digital marketing strategies and tactics

•        Gathering internal and external quotes

•         Develop pricing and profit calculations and approvals

•        Develop and manage launch and production schedules

•        Manage all project workflow with production teams

•        Coordinate outside vendor production

•        Pursue and process approvals from account team, clients and production teams

•        Communicate project status and changes with account team, clients and production team

•        Prepare data processing specifications and perform audits

•        Assist in managing the workflow of projects from sales through production and close

•        Ensure client sign-off on all phases of production

•        Provide proofing and audit of campaign materials and deliverables

•        Update client status reports

•        Assists in resolving problems with projects

•        Manage all cost tracking and ensure project is billed correctly

•        Process invoices and procure approvals on a timely basis

•        Process and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports to internal and external customers

•        Prepare data processing specifications and perform audits

•        Ensure client sign-off on all phases of production

•        Update client status reports

•        Develop and compile competitive reviews

•        Serve as liaison between client and creative, production, and data

•        Prepare well-organized, clear and concise memos, conference reports and documentation

•        Track program results and generates response reports

•        Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

•        BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or comparable experience

•        3 2 – 5 years of experience in related account support role

•        Excellent written & verbal communication skills

•        Able to work independently; self-starter, with strong initiative

•        Highly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

•        A strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise is a must

•        SalesForce.com application experience a plus

•        Must be familiar with the use of presentations, meeting minutes, and status reports

•        Automotive marketing or digital media experience a plus

•        Able to work 8:30AM -  5:00PM in a team environment in Costa Mesa, CA
