We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong AEM experience that demonstrates a knack for multi-platform design and interactivity. This person will be working across every stage of the experience, from designing new features to prototyping high fidelity solutions.

This is a freelance opportunity - east coast candidates ideally, but open to west coast candidates who are willing to work EST hours. Project expected through September, with potential to extend.

Your Impact

• Strong experience working with enterprise design systems 
• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Apply advance understanding for composition, color, typography, iconography, texture, photographic curation, and usability to help users successfully navigate dynamic multimedia experiences 
• Experience with UX Design Systems - wireframing and standards on a platform level
• Create standardized global style guides and brand variations
• Ability to apply modern UI patterns to their work and ideally show consistency of those patterns across a wider system
• Define the visual direction of a project to shape and position ideas for customer impact
• Possess a deep POV on craft, tools and process 
• Apply best practices for human-centric design to common visual and usability challenges
• Contribute to the creation of new design systems
• Effectively communicate with and delegate to vendors and clients around project specifications
• Discern and consolidate visual design feedback from multiple stakeholders
• Deliver interaction design and illustrations for basic digital product features

Your Skills & Experience 

• Thorough communication and storytelling abilities
• 6+ years of visual and sensory systems design
• Experience with tools such as Sketch and Invision
• Interaction design
• Design process and specifications documentation 
• Prototyping skills
