Job Description

Overview:

The Senior Associate, Interactive (Strategy) is the “voice” of Spark Foundry and the direct liaison between our internal strategy, planning, investment teams, and the client. You will effectively communicate digital strategy to the client, field questions regarding holistic programs and campaigns, and navigate the Spark team to find information sources and/or subject matter experts to address detailed questions. You’ll be hands-on with tagging, tracking solutions, reporting needs, and stay in frequent contact with internal team members to achieve shared objectives.
 

Role Objectives:

Support the client with the following internal tasks:
•    Develop, manage, and distribute performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis 
•    Monitor performance KPIs through a client dashboard 
•    Align client decision-makers on key optimization decisions 
•    Work to define, build, and distribute client’s first-party audiences via LiveRamp and other client approved onboarding platforms 
•    Track and report total media budget, channel-level pacing, and channel-level budget allocation 
•    Manage all media PO’s and invoicing 
•    Manage the execution and the communication of the digital test and learn plans
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree
•    1-2 years of media buying, planning, and recommendation experience in an agency 
•    Experience working in a client-facing capacity
•    Experience using paid media to complement earned media campaigns and meet business objectives
•    Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, Microsoft office, PowerPoint required
•    Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•    Timely delivery of all work
