Job Description

Saatchi & Saatchi is looking for a new member who understands digital platforms and is enthusiastic about working on global projects.

Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will work within the Project Management Organization and you’ll oversee and direct multiple projects at a time, working directly with both internal teams, clients, 3rd party vendors and multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction and ensure work is completed on time and on budget. You will support the Account, Expert Services and Creatives to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of our larger and more complex client programs. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English.

Key Objectives:

  • Define and drive projects to deliver client and business objectives

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Manage cross-functional teams onsite, 3rd party vendors, multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction

  • Understand team capacity to ensure resources are fully utilized and deployed at all times

  • Support the creation of project status reports with the Account Management Teams

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team – including the Account Management team - to identify the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints.

  • Coordinate activities of the project team and ensure that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating team meetings, communicating action steps, and delivering weekly status reports to the project team.

  • Maintain an understanding of the client’s business, their needs, expectations, requirements and success measures.

  • Work with Account Management, Resource Management, Creative and Expert Services Teams to obtain and document client signoff at key points during the project.

  • Work with internal teams, clients, 3rd party vendors and multi-international agency partners to ensure client satisfaction with support from Account Management.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience managing interactive/digital projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of Project Management tools

  • Experience in working closely with Account/Creative teams

  • Be self-motivated, optimistic and curious about all things “online”;

  • Strong attention to detail and a problem solving nature.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with an emphasis on being clear and concise.

  • Must display a team player attitude

  • Ability to work independently;

  • Precise and humble work performance;
