Job Description
Ø Manage day to day operations (inter dept coordination, intra dept coordination, finalizing work – taking feedback, decoding client feedback, artworks, attention to detail, market visits, minutes of the meeting.)
Ø Define and initiate projects, manage cost, schedule, and performance of projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the Strategy for the brand.
Ø Exceeding client expectation with high service & delivery quality.
Ø Breaking down “client briefs” for the team.
Ø Briefing the requirements and guidelines into clear actionable and discussing possible solutions with content, creative & technical teams.
Ø Work closely with planning team to plan and implement all marketing campaigns including campaign collaterals.
Ø Track, analyze and summarize campaign results and progress.
Ø Monitoring resource productivity periodically to ensure high team efficiency and better turnaround times for project completion.
Ø Knowledge sharing with the internal team on the various innovations. Campaigns that are being done across the industry.
Ø Team grooming and process implementation to ensure productivity and efficiency in the team is maintained.
Ø Resource allocation, billing, Invoicing management , vendor coordination and tie ups to fulfill requirements that arise on the brands.
Ø Responsible for understanding client goals and agency deliverables.
Ø To generate business from fresh clients through research and clientele. Create, maintain and enhance relationships with all clients.
Ø New Business Acquisition, instrumental in “Client Pitch & Acquisition” for high potential clients and continuously exploring new sales and marketing channels.
Ø Competitor Benchmarking, researching and Strategic inputs for monthly reviews on brands, thus contribute ideas to grow the clients’ business.
Ø Monitoring the accounts throughout the life cycle for campaign performance, new business opportunities, Client retention and nurturing.
Ø Initiate “Client Dashboards” for automating real time campaign performance metrics as a Value add for clients.
Ø To service accounts after sales and maintain relation with existing clients and generate business through renewals. Responsible for contributing ideas to grow the clients business.
