Job Description

WHY YOU’RE HERE

Outstanding design brings ideas to life. Your role is to enhance our ideas by ensuring that they connect with people through immaculate visual execution.

WHAT YOU’RE HERE TO DO

The Junior Designer’s responsibilities are outlined in the key areas below:  

  • Support other Creatives with design and layout solutions that respond to a variety of client briefs
  • Take your knowledge and insight and turn them into designs that engage the audiences for which the communication is targeted
  • Support the development of design concepts to execute the ideas and present these internally until a preferred route is agreed between agency and client
  • Prepare design layouts for off and online content. Ensure that any corporate guidelines have been carefully considered and reflected in any recommendations
  • Work with cross-functional agency teams to ensure that work is produced on time and that all delivery deadlines are met

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Junior Designer is expected to have the following skills and knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of design for print and ideally digital
  • Working knowledge of InDesign
  • Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous
  • A keen willingness to learn and develop within the role and the company
  • Excellent attention to detail
