Salesforce Solution Marketing Lead

Our Salesforce practice is experiencing a rapid, high rate of growth, especially in the areas of Digital 360 (D360) Solutions. These solutions combine a working knowledge of multiple Salesforce products (Marketing Cloud, CDP, Interaction Studio, Datorama, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CMS) with products and capabilities offered by Publicis Groupe (such as Marketing Transformation, CRM, Data and Identity related products) in order to drive measurable outcomes for our clients. 

The Salesforce Solution Marketing Lead will be responsible creating and driving the voice of the “Data Driven Personalization at Scale” campaign and will partner closely with the marketing, alliance and capability teams. Success in this role will enable the scaling of the sales and delivery of Marketing Cloud, CDP, and Interaction Studio services Globally. This role will based in North America and play a key role in the practice GTM team. 

Your Impact: 

Help Publicis Sapient meet its Digital360 expansion goals through: 

  • Be the champion and product marketing lead for PS’s value proposition for Digital 360 - Salesforce cross-cloud solutions and services 
  • Co-create the Digital 360 marketing strategy and plan for the practice with impactful narratives that drive urgency for services 
  • Create and curate inspiring and innovative content and messaging to differentiate and raise awareness of PS Services in the market, including creating opportunities to speak at Salesforce-owned, 3rd party events, customer meetings, partner events. 
  • Own and deliver enablement for GTM teams on offerings, sales plays and customer wins. 
  • Identify, develop, and evangelize customer stories 
  • Collaborate with Salesforce.com Product Marketing & Content teams to built joint solutions and stay ahead of product updates and feature launches 
  • Launch services efforts by building out the GTM plan and feeding back into product capability leaders to promote Personalization services.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Qualifications 

  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce SaaS product marketing, demand gen, growth, outbound product management, solutions marketing, or solution engineering 
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, fast-growing, ever-changing environment 
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive projects from idea to execution fast while navigating a complex organization and to manage sometimes competing stakeholder priorities 
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, a bias for action and a comfort with numbers 
  • Strong interpersonal skills – a blend of firmness and conviction with diplomacy and a constructive attitude 
  • Resilient, innovative, and wildly creative - with the execution skills to make it all count 
  • Ideally knowledge of, or experience, in eCommerce 
  • The ability to inspire on virtual calls and strong have persuasive storytelling skills 
  • Have high level of knowledge of relevant technologies, emerging use case trends, and Salesforce product roadmaps. 
  • Experience with marketing practices and product implementations 
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter 
  • Experience with professional services a nice to have 
  • Retail experience a nice to have
