Job Description

Rauxa is seeking an Account Supervisor for a temporary assignment!

The Account Supervisor is a dynamic self-starter with outstanding client service, relationship building and project management skills and is a trusted partner to both clients and internal agency teams alike.  Having prior experience managing campaign management for pharmaceutical (DTC, DTP or HCP) clients at a digital or pharmaceutical agency is preferred.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be an engagement lead for our pharmaceutical client as an “embedded” (virtual) member of their team, serving as a liaison between our client and its agency partners
  • Facilitate collaboration between client and agency teams to drive program and campaign development for Direct to Patient/Consumer-driven and HCP initiatives 
  • Advocate for the creative process
  • Balance the needs of clients and internal teams
  • Develop day-to-day client and agency team relationships that enable strong partnerships

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
  • You have 4-6 or more years of relevant experience at an advertising, digital or pharmaceutical agency
  • You have pharmaceutical client account experience preferred (DTC, DTP or HCP); (preferred)
  • You have experience managing the development of campaigns across channels such as, web, digital, social, print, email, etc.
  • You have excellent client management, negotiation, time management and project management skills
  • You have experience leading client discussions, team meetings, and having ownership of client projects
  • You keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • You surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, attention to detail, and can-do attitude
  • You’re constantly finding new solutions to old problems
  • You are flexible, adaptable and thrive in fast-moving client service environments
  • You dig in, thoughtful and inquisitive questions are your MO.
