Here is your chance to join the Performics Mercerbell agency working on a great range of different clients across technology & eCommerce where you’ll be responsible for performance strategy & planning; eCommerce retail & branding campaigns.

As the Performance Manager you will be there to provide solid strategic direction on all aspects of account management, campaign creation and performance management across all performance channels however a depth of knowledge in Paid Search and Social is key to the success. You will also lead a team of two.

 

Working as part of an agile team with our customer, a typical day might involve

  • Enriching a marketing meeting with performance media insights
  • Working with the team on technical roadmap to advance the strategy in order to drive growth
  • Spending time with your team to align them on prioritisation and business importance of workflow and tasks
  • Regularly meeting with clients to develop a deep understanding of their business, update them on campaign performance, and agree on action plans.
  • Leading, developing, & motivating your direct reports, an Account Executive and Account Coordinator, to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Managing ongoing campaign optimisation and reporting processes, ensuring that campaigns deliver to target and are achieving the best possible results.
  • Providing strategic insights on what is happening in the client’s industry, with consumers, and competitors.

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in managing performance media campaigns for enterprise-level clients. Ideally Paid Search & Paid Social.
  • Proficiency across the Google stack; SA360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics,Facebook Business Manager
  • Proficient with MSFT Office suite and digital platforms in general as expected, including use across reporting and data analysis, presentations etc.
  • Demonstrated team leadership and commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and inclusiveness.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Successful track record in managing and growing relationships with partners and customers
  • End to end understanding of general and digital marketing concepts, language, objectives and trends
  • Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely
