Job Description

Rauxa is seeking a Digital Analyst to work remotely or from our NYC office (once we reopen)!  

The Digital Analyst is responsible for working with analytics partners to deliver dashboards, insightful analytics, creative and optimization recommendations related to media, mobile, website or online experience analytics, social media, marketing analytics including Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) evaluations. The Digital Analyst will work with cross functional teams of media, creative & strategic planning teams to collect and analyze data related to the performance of various campaign initiatives. The Digital Analyst is highly analytical, team oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.

What You'll Do:

  • Report and analyze all Key Performance Indicators across multiple digital properties
  • Use data and best practices to make recommendations for stakeholders to optimize media campaigns across website, native mobile apps, and other digital marketing channels
  • Create campaign forecasts based on tactical media plans, in collaboration with media team
  • Partner with other analytics team members to analyze AB and Multivariate testing results
  • Source, clean, and manage performance data from a variety of sources

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Decision Science, Economics, Information Management Studies, Integrated Marketing Communications, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Psychology, Sociologyor equivalent work experience preferred; Dual degree with Marketing or Business preferred
  • You have 1-2 years of work experience in marketing analytics or related field such as advertising, marketing, media measurement, etc.
  • You have experience with SQL, R or Python preferred
  • You are comfortable with data analysis in Excel: Pivots, nested if statements & formulas/macros
  • You have a working knowledge of and applied experience in integrated, multi-channel 
  • marketing/advertising campaign tactics – including off-line and online/digital channels
  • You have a working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI
  • You have a basic – intermediate understanding of the implementation & analysis of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics or ad server solutions (DCM, Trade Desk, etc.)
  • You have basic to intermediate presentation development skills in PowerPoint or Keynote
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
