Job Description

The People Data Assistant enters data and transactions into HR systems, monitors workflows in the system to ensure transactions are approved in a timely manner, and is the primary liaison with ReSources Payroll.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months to 1 year of office experience. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of assignments. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using Microsoft office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter data and initiate transactions in HRIS system
  • Provide required supporting documentation to ReSources Payroll and other teams as applicable
  • Liaise with ReSources Payroll regarding HRIS transactions, payroll issues, and employee questions
  • Monitor workflows to ensure approvals are received in time for payroll cut-off deadlines
  • Additional HRIS and administrative activities as needed
  • Audit data entry to ensure accuracy and integrity

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and HRIS systems; SuccessFactors experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional prioritization, organization, and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with impeccable work ethic and follow-through
  • Strong team player who is outgoing and personable
  • Self-starter with ability to perform under pressure in deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to rapidly learn detailed business processes, practices, procedures, and HR systems
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
