Job Description

The Regional Client Lead works together with the service layer and onsite teams that supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs. 

This is a very demanding and ever-changing leadership role that will require the Regional Client Lead to have strong experience in a similar role preferably onsite, managing various teams, key internal and external stakeholders as well as clients. Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes, understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential. As a Regional Client Lead it will also be your responsibility to ensure overall brand performance that delivers on the client revenue commitment to the business


ATTRIBUTES

  • The Regional Client Lead will have 10+ years' experience in a client facing role preferably within Consumer healthcare, FMCG or Beauty categories
  • Be able to build and maintain key relationships with agencies, partnerships, clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage and oversee various teams and client accounts, across multiple markets
  • Responsible for managing demand to strategically influence project pipeline, driving content reuse (deduplication), reporting key insights around local actions such as in markets global asset adoption rates, channel mix, or compliance
  • Work in a collaborative way with teams locally and virtually to ensure knowledge is shared across the board in a timely manner and all content/assets are delivered on time
  • Work closely with the data insights team ensuring that learnings are discussed with creative agencies and clients at key points within the creative development process
  • Have a leadership attitude, supporting teams as needed and working together to manage any challenges
  • Provides advisory at a brief stage, to maximize effectiveness of briefs
  • Manages key relationship within the model, including regional hubs, studio and global hub colleagues to ensure a smooth delivery of projects
  • Drives engagement plan following strategic resource allocation principles and brand markets combinations tiering
  • Have excellent communication skills, ability to present with gravitas and engage the most senior clients and stakeholders
  • Critical work planning and time management skills, able to prioritize and manage multiple briefs/campaigns at the same time
  • Be financially minded able to work on business planning and forecasting
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the business overall, delivering against client KPI's
