Job Description

Digital Strategy Executives (Programmatic) at APEX are responsible for supporting overall growth of APEX programmatic offering through crafting and coordinating strategic programmatic recommendations for Publicis clients to achieve and surpass client business objectives.  Three key pillars to the role are Media Planning, Programmatic Strategy and Account Management.

The role is perfect for someone who has basic programmatic trading or media planning skills, knowledge of the programmatic media landscape and is looking to take their career to the next level, advising and putting programmatic into action with Tier 1 clients.

This role will work across regional Guaranteed Outcomes accounts and will report to the Director, APEX Guaranteed in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Programmatic planning, working closely with the Client teams on your accounts as well as the Trading and Account Management teams.
  • Coordinating & Managing RFP/RFI requests across various online programmatic channels including Display, Online Video, DOOH, Audience and YouTube
  • Assist in building creative and outcomes-driven programmatic proposals, inclusive of in-depth targeting and audience strategies for advertisers across all verticals
  • Support client meetings, calls and communication to foster new programmatic campaign opportunities across the Groupe.
  • Coordinate with APEX in-house trading team to provide all necessary campaign launch handover items for relevant campaign opportunities
  • Support the wider Strategy team and in-house activation team to ensure all tracking, account set up, launch documentation and campaign requirements are met for successful activations
  • Manage and track all campaign opportunities through within SalesForce and support Operations with financial tracking/reporting
  • Coordinate with In-House Programmatic Account Management team to provide client facing support as necessary depending on needs of accounts

 

Qualifications

  • Basic programmatic planning and forecasting experience across programmatic display, online video, DOOH and YouTube.
  • Working knowledge of audience forecasting and reporting tools as well as DSP audience insight tools available in the marketplace
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of capabilities of key DSPs including DV360, TTD, Verizon and Amazon
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to juggle multiple projects and enjoys completing tasks promptly, on time and accurately.
