Job Description
Project Manager (Bilingual English/Korean)
This position will lead project management supporting all programs for this Global brand. This encompasses above and below the line advertising deliverables, strategic/thought leadership deliverables and other deliverables for which the cross-functional team of account, creative, strategy, design, and production are responsible.
Process/Workflow Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plan and schedule, internal status, and client facing status documents.
- Ensure availability of resources
- Complete project set up activities
- Schedule and lead project kick off meetings
- Initiate and lead internal review meetings and status meetings
- Maintain daily communication with team members on all projects
- Liaise with creative, and production teams to determine and understand daily project status and generate daily hot sheets
- Coordinate and ensure quality processes and flag all issues and opportunities for efficiencies and improvement.
Timeline Management
- Communicate project plan and schedule to project/program team.
- Utilize project management software, existing templates, team calendars, program calendars, etc. to create detailed timelines, Gantt charts, and calendars.
Financial Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Leadership, Finance and Production Teams to ensure estimates are generated on time, approved, and signed by client.
Resource Management
- Keep leadership team up to speed of all upcoming resource needs based upon project scope, workloads, and timelines.
- Delegate work to those responsible and ensure final sign-off is provided for completed work.
- Work closely with Creative Resources Manager (CRM) for managing creative teams along with the Business Leadership/Strategy/Production teams.

Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other similar field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management (including category or brand management)
- Previous Account or client-side experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills although this role has no direct reports
