Job Description

Razorfish is seeking a full-time Associate of Data Analytics for our New York office. Candidates should be proficient in KPI frameworks, reporting, tagging, insight, and analysis while having an understanding of SEO, paid search, and media channels. Day-to-day instruments include: Adobe Analytics, Adwords, Double Click, Google Search Console. 

Responsibilities: 

Analysis & Insights  

  • Analyze digital clickstream analytics to uncover meaningful insights
  • Creating and maintain reporting dashboards in Excel and other data visualization resources
  • Adept at performing basic statistical analysis, such as calculating statistical significance, distributions, etc.
  • Effectively communicate complex ideas to primary client contacts, both verbally and in writing  

Testing & Optimization

  • Identify new ideas and opportunities for analytic projects
  • Working with analysts, designers and product owners to design hypotheses and ideate on test ideas
  • Bringing A/B test ideas to market, monitor performance and report on results
  • Has or is interested in developing skills to be a hands-on practitioner of multivariate statistical analysis (regression and simple segmentation)  

Qualifications

  •  The applicant should have at least 1-2 years of work experience in a business environment, with a minimum of 12 months successfully working within an intensively client-focused model such as an external consulting or marketing services firm
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics or equivalent experience
  • Experience with one or more web analytics resources:
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Google Analytics
  • Experience working with design, A/B testing and user research
  • A story teller, be able to make sense of data and extrapolate meaningful and actionable insights
  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint
  • Experience in the any or multiple areas below would be a plus:
    • Advertising (both online and offline)
    • Managing research or consulting projects
    • Ownership / program consulting
    • Site usability studies
    • Proficient in SQL and Excel
    • Some experience using SAS, R and/or SPSS
