Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our UK Publisher team in our White City office, London. While the role is predominantly office based, you will be required to visit clients in and around London as needed, there is also some flexibility to work from home from time to time. Although affiliate experience would be beneficial it is not essential so this could be a great move for someone looking for a change.  

Account Managers are responsible for bringing new partnerships to the network through strategic research and outreach, as well as managing a portfolio of active publisher relationships. Publisher optimisation should be carried out through consultative, data driven and strategic management, this requires an investigative approach to seek out areas of growth. In your role as Account Manager, every day will be a little bit different; with an ultimate focus the recruitment of new partners that advertisers will be excited to engage with and will drive growth opportunities for the publisher and CJ.  

Along with your network development focus and partner optimisation, you will be required to provide support for inbound publisher queries and may need to assist other team members on some larger support issues. 

 

Qualifications

  • Entry Level/Executive Manager position 
  • 1+ years' experience within a sales or account management role would be beneficial, but not essential 
  • Affiliate industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential 
  • You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers 
  • You are driven to succeed 
  • You are a clear and effective communicator 
  • You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues 
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
  • You have strong analytical skills 
  • You are respectful to varying opinions and perspectives
