Job Description

The Early Career University and External Partnership Manager will be primarily responsible for:

·       Developing creative ways to increase Publicis Sapient’s brand and profile on campus through partnership/collaboration with various professional, community and student organizations

 

·       Developing strong campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, administration, and student bodies

 

·       Coordinating and attending all campus site visits, job fairs, speaking events and any other college student events

 

·       Researching, developing, and maintaining non-traditional/ non-university partnerships such as apprenticeship programs, secondary and trade schools, and coding boot camps

 

·       Researching, developing, and maintaining partnerships with non-university sponsored career events and organizations, such as Publicis Groupe’s Multi-Cultural Talent Pipeline and Grace Hopper

 

·       Establishing metrics for program success and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements

 

·       Creating and maintaining internal and external marketing materials for Publicis Sapient’s University Relations program

 

·       Conducting ongoing university research to ensure targeted schools are the best partners for Publicis Sapient

 

·       Participating in and/or leading related campus Early Careers events outside of core responsibilities as needed, such as the Summer Engineering Internship Program or Fall core recruiting activities

 

Key measures of success for this role:

·       Delivery of programing

·       Events per quarter

·       Career fair delivery

·       Number of leads and hires tied to events (career fairs and non-career fair) vs. postings

·       Increased brand recognition in targeted institutions

·       Additions to our communities of freshmen and sophomores

·       5% of hires from non-traditional educational sources

·       Diversity and inclusion goal achievement

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       5+ years of experience in corporate campus recruiting or university career services or related field

·       Strong program management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives

·       Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone, video and in person

·       Must be able to travel to campuses during the academic year, with high travel spikes during the Fall career fair season and be able to work evenings and weekends on an as needed basis

·       Must be able able to work out of our Boston, Chicago, or New York City office starting late 2021
