Job Description

This role will be a Planning Executive reporting to a Performance Planning Manager, working predominantly on Three’s performance media.

The Work

  • Be skilled in working with all planning related tools
  • Support your Manager in day-to-day running of the account
  • Deliver operational excellence with keen eye for detail
  • Be a self-sufficient, self-starter in supporting the team
  • Ensure all outputs are your best work, accurate and on time
  • Able to build and present reports based off media performance

  • Build positive relationships with junior clients
  • Deliver proactive, immaculate client service every day
  • Be enthusiastic, attentive and deliver positive impression to clients
  • Understand client’s business and identify and share category news

The Commercial

  • Show an interest in and learn how we make money
  • Support commercial delivery of the team, where appropriate
  • Support your Manager in delivering absolute financial accuracy and PO management

Qualifications

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting planner who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client’s business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. Experience working with large data sets, with the ability to investigate and communicate numerical insights is a key requirement. Telecomms or Retail experience would be ideal but is not compulsory. Experience across both brand and performance would also be a positive attribute to have given the nature of the client’s business, but again not necessarily a must.
