Job Description

Publicis Sapient is looking for a results-driven Senior Account Director to join our Client Services team. You will manage and shape client relationships in Financial Services & Insurance vertical, helping them drive customer-centric digital transformation to reimagine their business. You are passionate about learning and developing new services and capabilities and working comfortably with delivery teams from Strategy, Technology and Experience. You will respond to the complex and extensive challenges that they face on an international scale, with a strategic understanding of our client's brands, their business, their customers and what's coming next in their industry.

Your Impact

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with the clients, looking beyond current engagements towards long-term and strategic partnerships
  • Helping the clients to identify and articulate strategic business problems and opportunities and act as a trusted partner in shaping and implementing impactful solutions in response
  • Develop account plans, engagement strategies and appropriate client propositions based on Publicis Sapient capabilities and service offerings
  • Develop clients' brief that is compelling and identify a clear outcome along with precise measurement for success
  • Partner with delivery and staffing to assemble well-casted teams and identify clear outcomes along with a measure of success
  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects to the client's satisfaction and within agreed scope and timelines alongside the delivery leads
  • Review overall program metrics and be creative to ensure compliance to quality on all client deliverables outlined in the brief
  • Cascade client objectives to all team members to ensure alignment and focus on key objectives
  • Drive commercial contributions towards Publicis Sapient growth by pitching new business as well as driving overall portfolio profitability
  • Support Program Management in analysing the key issues and risks in the program and assess business impact
  • Understand and support monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets that are aligned with business goals to achieve our business profit targets
  • Drive effective communication of issues and risks to the client when relevant to the senior clients

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in account management, consulting or client partnering role
  • Experience in Digital Business Transformation environments, ideally in Financial Services &/or insurance. Open to consider talent in Program Management, Business Analyst or Customer Experience with a passion for client-focused delivery
  • Ability in running large enterprise accounts, working with senior stakeholders and achieving ongoing and demonstrable client business impact
  • Experience working with multi-cultural teams and with onshore and offshore teams
  • Track record of developing complex account relationships
  • Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence the outcome in a complex environment
  • Adaptable in leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile global environment
