Job Description

Epsilon’s Online Solutions team helps marketers enhance the effectiveness of their digital marketing programs by leveraging 1st and 3rd party data in online media channels.

The Product Coordinator – Online Data will work with Epsilon’s business development, product, engineering, sales, legal, and marketing teams to support our ongoing data sales efforts and further develop our partnerships with programmatic media platforms – like Google, Verizon Media, and TheTradeDesk – and social networks – like Facebook. This role requires someone as versatile as they are detail-oriented, someone who is eager to tackle any project with vigor and curiosity.

This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the largest players in the online advertising ecosystem, while working on an agile, high-visibility team at one of the largest marketing services providers in the world. Responsibilities:

  • Product & Operations – Onboard our catalog of audience segments, as well as custom audiences, to partner ad platforms. Ensure audience segments are working and usable for partners and clients, which often involves troubleshooting and performing quality control.
  • Revenue Operations – Own partner, billing, reconciliation, and royalty reporting. Help keep our business on track to meet - and exceed - our goals by delivering reports to key teams at a regular cadence.
  • Team Operations – Project-manage internal initiatives, projects, and documents (collateral, contracts, taxonomies, process documents, etc.). Keep us organized and within SLAs
  • Account Management/Customer Support – Support (and in some cases own) some of Epsilon’s thriving and expanding programmatic partnerships by providing technical support and troubleshooting, answering client questions, and building strong external relationships.
  • Manage Internal Stakeholders - Work with just about every functional area across the company, including Client Services, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Legal teams. Manage the complexities of a large organization with many stakeholders while building a positive reputation of our team.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in online advertising or a marketing operations function
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational & project management skills
  • Takes initiative and is responsible
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new programs and lead new projects
  • Inclination to ask lots of questions and think on your feet
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders while maintaining focus
  • High-level understanding of the online “ad-tech” ecosystem
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
  • Share Point experience preferred
  • Access/Tableau experience preferred

Salary:  $46,000 - $54,000
