Job Description

As an Account Supervisor at Fallon, you are the engine that keeps your brand team’s efforts moving in the right direction to deliver our work on time, on budget, and in line with our standards and our clients’ needs. 

Successful Account Supervisors have a bias towards action. They can motivate and mentor their teams. They have 3-5 years experience in an ad agency. They have integrated production experience. They have a point-of-view and can express it passionately. They are strong stewards of brand strategy. They know their client’s business inside out, which is good, because they are a key client point of contact. This job will offer challenge, growth opportunities and a chance to make a difference on some of the greatest brands in the world.

Qualifications

Hard Skills: 3-5 years experience in an ad agency with integrated production experience.

Soft Skills: Collaborative and solution-oriented.

Must be based in New York.
