Job Description

The client Essity is a global Hygiene and Health company. They are “Dedicated to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions”. They have a stronghold in Europe with the Americas and Asia accelerating.

They are mostly present across Feminine and Incontinence Care, Kitchen and Toilet hygiene across both B2C and B2B.

They believe in brand building and as such have developed purpose-led campaigns, which take a stand, i.e. Viva La Vulva in 2019 (award-winning campaign), celebrating women’s intimate V zone.

They also have a strong focus on sustainability, which is a key pillar of each brand’s marketing strategy.

Role:

Exciting Account Executive role on one of the top clients of the agency where your strong organisational skills and interest to become immersed in our clients business will come into play whilst talking to a variety of key internal stakeholders, planners in multiple markets and collaborating with the team to achieve greatness.

Your ability to multitask is second to none and will be called upon every day. 

As a genuine people person with a positive attitude and natural ability to organise, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA, NA, and LatAm markets. You will be working very closely with the Account Manager and Global Strategy/ Digital Directors to drive the key account processes and support the development of campaign ecosystems and toolkits that are fit for purpose for local activation. You will report into the Global Account Manager.

 

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Supporting the Account Manager and Account Director to build strong relationships with our network and drive adoption and governance of centrally developed ecosystems, tools and processes. This will include supporting the development of bi-monthly network calls, ensuring trackers and reports are delivered on time and supporting the account team with ad-hoc requests.
  • Providing billing/ invoicing support.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of the various reports we provide to the client every quarter (media spend sufficiency, competitive).
  • Keeping the clients abreast of competitive activity and spend and providing insight that can help them with their business.
  • Developing sharp consumer insights to support the planning process.
  • Being a champion in using tools (TGI, AdDynamix, Comscore, Lumina etc) to support the team.
  • Supporting the Account Manager and wider account team to ensure key stakeholders have visibility of data and insights and they are delivered on time to a high standard.
  • You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders in Zenith Global as well as local market teams. We have a highly talented and diverse team and support groups that allow us to do our best work. The person we are looking for should be able to manage up/down/across and get things done.
