Job Description

You will be a core part of the EMEA Digital Hub working across digital disciplines to ensure the delivery of best in class planning and activation. This role is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of channel disciplines through daily collaboration with Hub channel teams (Account Directors & Managers) to ensure the successful delivery of digital campaigns.

To deliver digital campaign success, you will undertake daily reviews of campaign performance vs. plan and highlight areas of review to ensure the Hub continues to deliver maximum performance for the client.

To deliver timely activations, you will collaborate with a Digital Campaign Project Manager to achieve the defined timings and deadlines across all stages in the campaign activation journey.

The role requires strong organisational and planning skills to deliver multi-market coordination, consolidation, and output of regionally briefed campaigns (1 campaign brief for 18 markets) and large locally briefed campaigns requiring consistency (18 market campaign briefs for 1 campaign).

As a genuine people person who is digitally very proficient, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA. Developing relationships with all local PI teams to mutually achieve timely and high performance digital activations through the Digital Hub is vital to client success

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years’ experience within high volume digital planning, client servicing and coordination

Highly organized and capable of working independently, liaising horizontally with numerous teams and specialisms

Strong understanding of digital ecosystem with experience in delivering cross channel digital media strategies and plans (e.g. search, programmatic, social, online video, etc.).

Proven experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe, and reporting systems such as in-platform reporting or Datorama

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload

Advanced communication and writing skills – working across multiple teams, leading campaign status meetings

Strong presentation, analytical thinking and mathematical skills (knowledge)

Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Confident working with numbers and large amounts of data

Able to adhere to operational processes and best practices, yet remain fluid to spot and implement improvements

Experienced with multi-market network coordination

Ability to be represent the agency in client meetings
