Job Description

Publicis Media is now looking for a new Paid Social Account Manager to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients, Disney. This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, a real “people business” and be part of a team leading the change and driving businesses into the future

The Paid Social Account Manager is responsible for planning, buying and management of all aspects of day to day activation to ensure excellence is delivered. This will involve leading and delivering best in class social planning and optimisation on a selection of markets to maximise performance and budget utilisation.

Working closely with the Account Director, the candidate will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts and allocated markets, ensuring campaigns launch on time, are optimised in flight and meet expected KPIs and all reports are delivered to a high standard. The candidate will also be involved in building relationships with internal stakeholders as well as client-side media teams and brand managers.

The Paid Social Account Manager will be supported by account executives in the channel, the management of these direct reports remaining a key daily responsibility to achieve activation success.

  •  Deliver best in class activation for paid social campaigns across multiple markets
  • Manage budgets for specific lines of business and campaigns
  • Produce and oversee direct reports reporting and commentary to ensure effective performance review and clear next steps for performance optimisations
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team
  • Aptitude in maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be solution driven, positive and innovative with driving performance across accounts
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to deliver a high standard of work with strong attention to detail within an agreed deadline
  • An analytical thinker with the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data
  • Manage direct reports (account executives) to deliver timely campaign activation and optimisation excellence

Qualifications

  • Strong experience within paid social
  • Experience planning, managing and activating large-scale brand and direct response campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat.
  • Familiarity with the principles of common attribution models, understands the current industry challenges around measurement and can confidently articulate the limitations of third party measurement solutions for viewability and conversion tracking for paid social.
  • Proven client and team management experience.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
  • Effective at people management and compliant with following policies and practices in line with the talent team.  Good knowledge around recruitment, performance management best practice, motivation, development plans and issue resolutions
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Advanced communication and writing skills – working across the team, within the wider agency, with clients and media owners
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills (knowledge)
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Consistently over-delivering on client objectives
